The seasons are changing, if you get outside (early enough) you can feel the crispness of the air. I’ve always enjoyed the changing of each season. The beauty of God displayed in each. When it comes to our hearts the only thing that can truly change us is to fall in love with Jesus. I mean truly genuinely fall in love with Him! He is the way, the truth, and the life no one comes to the Father except through HIM! (John 14:6) There have been many things prompting me to think about falling in love with Jesus lately. I love Jesus, He has saved me and completely changed me! But I think there is room to grow my affections for Him. If we’re honest I think many could say the same. It isn’t religion or rules, its relationship. True relationship, completely falling in love with Jesus is what changes us. I encourage you to set aside time to pray, get into His word, ask The Holy Spirit to guide you. John 15 tells us that abiding in HIM produces change in us. When we love someone what is it that we want to do? Spend time with them! Don’t allow anything or anyone to stand in the way of cultivating your relationship with Christ.
